SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY
​
Due to all Eugenia Antoniou Designs and Artifacts are produced in small batches and each piece is individually hand finished, allow a period of 4 - 8 weeks before the design is available for shipment. We always endeavour to deliver more quickly whenever we can, and some smaller items and products are held in stock so those will arrive much faster.
If you would like to know if your order is likely to be delivered sooner please contact us.

Our products are quality checked before leaving our workshop in perfect condition but please
inspect your goods on arrival and do not sign for them unless you are certain that they have arrived in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents on arrival please specify that you have inspected the box only (remark on its condition if possible) and please check goods within 24 hours. If you sign for the goods and they turn out to have been damaged the transport company will not assume liability.

GREECE
​
All products that are in stock will be sent within 2-3 business days via ELTA Hellenic Post post or ELTA courier and reach the final destination in 1-5 days after the shipment date, depending your post choice. However occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer.
The shipping cost for shipments within Greece depends on the product size and weight.

EUROPE
​
All orders to European addresses are sent with TNT Economy Express and reach the final destination in the period that were noticed in the order confirmation message. Please note that you can track your order with the code that you will receive in the shipping confirmation letter.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPE

Items that are in stock will be sent out within the delivery days that were noticed in your order, however it may take longer depending on Customs.
Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers in US, China and other overseas locations should be aware that additional charges for shipping, crating and import will apply to your order.
Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost.
Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
